This entire set was gifted to me by my SIL. The tonic is easy to use and carry around. Just spray on my scalp whenever I want. Noticed hair fall reduced in just 2 weeks of using Honestly, I prefer the oil than the tonic. I have always had fine and thin hair but over the past couple months I noticed the heat from my hair dryer easily burning my scalp so I, like so many others started looking at options to try and at least stop if not reverse this. I found some success with vitamins but the side effects were horrible. Thats why i opted for products than consumption. The oil really made my hair thicker but the hassle of applying and leaving it on was too much for me. If you have patience and budget, get the oil (quite strong smell but works) otherwise if you have low budget, get the tonic. A well trusted brand
